Pacifica Christian High School-Orange County Announces Campus Launch Details

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacifica Christian High School - Orange County (http://www.pacificaoc.org) announced today that the Newport Beach City Council unanimously approved a long-term lease arrangement with Pacifica Christian High School - Orange County, including a first right for purchase should the city decide to sell the property.  Last month the Zoning Administrator approved the school's use permit, setting the school in motion to begin a campus overhaul in time for the school's fall 2015 launch.

"We are excited for the beautification plans we have for the school and more than anything excited to begin enrolling students for our fall 2015 opening," said David O'Neil, the Head of School. 

Supplemental campus arrangements are being discussed for nearby science laboratory and art studio space, according to David Bahnsen, board member and facilities committee head.  "This lease deal for our new campus provides a long term gymnasium solution for our school and is going to be a fantastic addition to the entire Orange County community."

Pacifica Christian High School-Orange County is a faith-based, liberal arts, college preparatory school opening in the fall of 2015 with a freshman and a sophomore class.  Applications can be found at the school's website - www.pacificaoc.org.  Beautification and re-modeling will begin immediately at the new campus location located at 883 W. 15^th Street in Newport Beach.
