Pallas Athena Signs OEM Agreement with Magic Software

(Nasdaq: MGIC), a global provider of cloud and on-premise application platform and business integration solutions, today announced that Pallas Athena has selected Magic Software's iBOLT code-free business integration platform for use in their BPM|one process management solution.

Pallas Athena is a global provider of BPM and Case Management software.  Its innovative BPM|one solution brings simplicity to complexity, and empowers organizations to boost efficiency and increase agility. It allows for quick, flexible, and yet controlled business process changes. The partnership with Magic Software allows Pallas Athena to resell and incorporate a white label version of the iBOLT business integration suite.
