Palomino Restaurants Add New Tuscan-Inspired Items to Il Palio Menu

SEATTLE, July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Palomino restaurants in Cincinnati, Dallas, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Bellevue are continuing their celebration of the vibrant festivals of Siena through August 14. New additions to the special Il Palio menu consisting of Tuscan-inspired flavors and ingredients arrived on July 14, and the race to win a trip to Siena continues.

While celebrating the flavors of Tuscany with this special menu, Palomino is also giving guests the opportunity to win an unforgettable trip for two to Siena for the Il Palio race in 2012 (valued at over $9,000).

Il Palio is a tradition that began hundreds of years ago in medieval Siena, Italy.  City neighborhoods, called contrade, come together to celebrate and compete in the Piazza Del Campo twice during summer, with the epic finale—the famous and exciting horse race known as Il Palio.
