Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie Hosts 7th Annual 'In the Pink' Fashion Show Benefiting Colorado's Breast Cancer Community

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie, one of the web's leading retailers of lingerie, wedding lingerie, mastectomy bras and more, is host to the 7th annual In the Pink Fashion Show. In the Pink features breast cancer survivors and supporters as "models" who will bravely flaunt the latest in fine lingerie fashions to raise awareness and funds for Colorado's breast cancer community. The Denver Calendar firefighters will be on hand to escort the lingerie models down the runway and to sign their calendars.

"Over the past seven years, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local and national charities - many of which support breast cancer causes," says Alicia Vargo, founder and CEO of Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie. "This year's event is a continuation of our decade-long efforts to give back to our community, our customers and the world at large."

All proceeds from this year's event will go to Spa4ThePink, an organization that is working to change the face of cancer by providing patients with complimentary skin and body treatments, education, skincare products, and Moments of Hope gift bags.

This year's In the Pink Fashion Show will be held on Saturday, April 9 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Southridge Recreation Center in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Emmy award-winning TV and radio personality Denise Plante will host the 2011 luncheon and live auction. Locals know Plante as host of "Colorado & Company" on NBC and the "Murphy & Denise Morning Show" on KOSI FM.
