Paraco Gas Appoints New Director Of Employee Relations
RYE BROOK, N.Y., April 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Paraco Gas Corporation has announced that Christina Armentano has joined the corporate staff as Director of Employee Relations, reporting to Mike DeVoe, EVP of Operations. She comes to Paraco with over nine years of experience in human capital management, and will focus her efforts on talent development initiatives directly related to operations, as well as improving employee relations throughout the organization.

Most recently, Christina served as a director at Cook Associates, where she managed client relationships and supervised the execution of recruitment programs for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Cook Associates, Christina was a senior executive recruiter at Vistaprint, a $1B e-commerce company, where she was tasked with talent mapping and profiling, competitive market analysis, succession planning and developing leadership pipelines.
As an MBA candidate at Babson College, Christina gained valuable experience in the energy industry, partnering with Irving Oil on a loyalty marketing project to analyze the needs of the company's core customer segments as part of her MBA Consulting Project. She also participated in an MBA summer internship at AmeriGas in Valley Forge, PA, as a member of the Operations Support Team, where she worked with the tank monitor pilot program, overseeing installation and data collection for 800 tank monitors at the organization's largest US distribution location.
Prior to graduate school, Christina spent the early part of her career with Boyden Global Executive Search. As a senior associate, Christina led project management teams overseeing all phases of recruitment programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate development, reference checking, salary negotiation and on-boarding.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from James Madison University and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
