Paraco Gas Appoints Two New Members to Board of Directors

RYE BROOK, N.Y., Jan. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paraco Gas has appointed two new members to the Board of Directors. As a family owned and operated company, this marks the first time non-family members have served on Paraco's Board.

Steven A. Fournier, Chairman and CEO of Gar Kenyon Aerospace & Defense, is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is a Certified Public Accountant; a former partner at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, and previously served as President & COO of a diversified privately held real estate and manufacturing holding company.

Currently, Steve serves on the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as the Board of Directors of the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce. He has been a member of numerous not-for-profit boards. Steve lives in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, with his wife Christine. They have two adult children.

Dennis E. Glazer, an experienced business lawyer and strategic counselor to public corporations, financial institutions and privately held companies, brings 31 years of problem-solving expertise to his new appointment.

Widely recognized as an ethical, pragmatic lawyer and a creative and innovative team player, Dennis has a deep understanding of both business and legal strategies. He has consistently used his talents to contribute to the organizations he serves in a highly collaborative and constructive way.

His current positions include Director of AppOrchard LLC, an Internet development company; Chairman of the Board of Lawrence Hospital Center and Vice Chairman of Stellaris Health Network. Previously he served as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Bronxville School and Chairman of the Non-Partisan Committee for the Selection of Bronxville School Trustees. Dennis lives in Bronxville, NY, with his wife, Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore. They have three adult children.
