Paretor Licenses ETAERION™ Technology to Lumoria Skin Science

Lumoria Skin Science LLC and Paretor LLC  announce a new venture to develop a novel skin-specific application of ETAERION™ materials technology

BOSTON, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Paretor LLC, an emerging manufacturer of mineral nanocolloids for life science applications, today announced a partnership with Lumoria Skin Science LLC a new venture formed to develop and commercialize a skin-specific application of its ETAERION™ materials platform. The basis of the partnership is a joint invention which will be held as an undivided interest in the resulting intellectual property. Lumoria will lead development and commercialization in skin health, longevity, and aesthetic applications, while Paretor will continue to develop and manufacture ETAERION-based materials for Lumoria alongside its core work in biological delivery and bioprocessing.

Lumoria was founded by Ginny Vachon, PhD following her tenure as Chief Operating Officer of Paretor, where she worked closely with the development of ETAERION and saw firsthand the growing body of data around its interactions with biological systems. Vachon will continue with Paretor as Vice President of Scientific Communications while leading Lumoria.
