Pascal and Treehouse Partner on Proof of Concept to Pioneer Smart Clearing for Decentralized Fixed Income Products

Collaboration to Pilot Institutional-Grade Clearing of Yield Products

The Proof of Concept (PoC) will focus on TESR Forward Rate Agreements (FRAs), benchmarked against the Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate (TESR) Curve—a decentralized, consensus-driven rate established through Treehouse's Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR) framework. DOR aggregates expert panel inputs and on-chain market data to deliver transparent and reliable benchmark rates for DeFi.

Through this partnership, Treehouse's innovative fixed income suite will integrate Pascal's programmable clearing and settlement infrastructure, enabling institutional-grade execution, risk netting, and margin efficiency. The pilot aims to validate how clearing logic—long the backbone of TradFi—can unlock scalable adoption of decentralized fixed income products.
