Pascal Gibert Joins Korn/Ferry's Industrial Practice as Senior Client Partner
PARIS, May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Pascal Gibert has joined the firm's Industrial Practice as Senior Client Partner. He brings to the Korn/Ferry deep knowledge in the industrial market, with a strong focus on Board and CFO appointments, as well as proven credentials in assessing senior level leadership teams. He will be based in the Paris office.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Gibert was a member of the global Industrial Practice at another global search firm, focusing on the energy, utilities, aerospace, transportation and logistics sectors; he was also a leading member of the Financial Officers Practice.

Previously, Mr. Gibert worked for the Geodis Group as managing director, Road Division, specializing in logistics in land, sea and air transportation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gibert spent more than 10 years at Steelcase Strafor, a European leader in office furniture manufacturing, culminating as managing director, Europe. While there, he focused on restructuring, then manufacturing reorganization, sales distribution networks and business development.
Mr. Gibert also worked for Parker Hannifin (hydraulic and pneumatic components) first in France, then in the UK as finance director, Europe. He began his professional career in finance within international industrial companies such as Alcatel and Corning (glass).
Mr. Gibert graduated in Business Administration from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales).
