Pat Hyek to lead Global Technology Sector at Ernst & Young

LONDON, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Ernst & Young has appointed Pat Hyek to lead its Global Technology Sector Center.  Pat is based in San Jose, California.

Hyek has 27 years of experience at Ernst & Young, working with some of the world's most high-profile technology companies including, Intel, Intuit, Symantec and Xilinx.

In his new role, Hyek will have responsibility for helping to ensure that more than 13,000 professionals serving the technology industry in over 100 countries deliver sector-specific insights and solutions through Ernst & Young's core services of assurance, tax, transactions and advisory.  He will direct the day-to-day operations of the Global Technology Center, drawing on teams of professionals from across the Ernst & Young global organization to anticipate market trends, identify the implications and develop points of view on relevant industry issues.
