Patent Infringement Suit Filed by LMK Technologies against BLD Services
OTTAWA, Ill., Feb. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LMK Technologies, LLC, filed a patent infringement suit today against BLD Services LLC. The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleges that BLD has and continues to infringe U.S. Patent 7,975,726. The patented technology relates to pipeline rehabilitation and the use of hydrophilic materials to seal the junction between main and lateral sewer pipes.
LMK's complaint seeks an injunction to preclude further alleged infringing activity, as well as damages, attorney fees and costs.
