Patient123.com Helps Increase Provider Efficiency with Patient-Maintained Databases

WASHINGTON, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare providers need to efficiently acquire accurate and detailed health information from patients at the time-of-care. However, health data that are available from a patient's memory and assorted records are often inaccurate, incomplete and fragmented. A website, www.patient123.com, addresses this problem by enabling patients to create and continuously update accurate and consistently structured Health History reports. The Web site offers free encrypted portals for patients to anonymously enter data using a computer, tablet or smart phone.
