At closing, Fund I secured over $300 million of capital commitments. Fund I reached its hard-cap in five months, and was substantially oversubscribed from its initial $250 million target. Trive management noted strong support and interest from a range of investors around the world, including world class public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, fund of funds and family offices.

Kevin Boardman and Kari Grzych, partners, and Stuart M. Rasley, senior associate, headed the Patton Boggs team. Mr. Boardman, Ms. Grzych and Mr. Rasley are members of the firm's Private Investment Funds practice. MVision Private Equity Advisers served as exclusive fundraising advisor. Trive is a private equity firm focused on the acquisition of strategically viable, under-resourced middle market companies with strong potential for transformational upside. Fund I will invest in lower middle market companies based in North America.
