SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Stechschulte has joined Pereira & O'Dell as Executive Creative Director in San Francisco. An Art Director by trade, Paul was most recently with Goodby Silverstein & Partners where he was Group Creative Director. His career includes posts at W+K Amsterdam, 180 Amsterdam and Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. At GSP, Paul helped create the internationally award winning Sprint "Now Network" campaign. His television spot for Nextel was one of only 8 nominated for an Emmy in 2009.
In 2002, Paul and colleagues reintroduced the MINI brand to the US for BMW. The highly successful launch did not include a single television ad; unheard of in the US automobile category. Additionally, Paul's work for the American Legacy Foundations "Truth" campaign is credited with preventing over 700,000+ US teens from starting to smoke.
"Paul has one of the most well balanced portfolios out there," said PJ Pereira, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Pereira & O'Dell. "He's worked at both small and big agencies, ran small and huge accounts, created both serious and oddball work, with both high end or low budget resources... and in all these different situations, he manages to make great work happen."
When not thinking about his clients' business, Paul spends time prepping the future of the industry by teaching and participating on the Board of Advisors at the Creative Circus in Atlanta. He graduated from the Circus in 1997.
