Pavilion Financial Corporation announces closing of Altius Holdings Ltd. transaction; launches Pavilion Alternatives Group

Pavilion Alternatives group formed by the combination of Altius Associates and LP Capital Advisors; Acquisition enhances Pavilion's positioning in global institutional alternative asset advisory business

LONDON, United Kingdom and SACRAMENTO, CA, Sept. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Pavilion Financial Corporation (Pavilion), a North American based employee-owned, investment services firm, today announced the closing of the acquisition of Altius Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Altius Associates Ltd. and Altius Associates (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (Altius Associates).  Altius Associates is a global private markets advisory and separate account management firm with offices in the UK, U.S. and Singapore. 

Pavilion also announced the establishment of Pavilion Alternatives Group™ which represents the combined operations of Altius Associates and LP Capital Advisors, LLC (LPCA), the alternative asset advisory subsidiary of Pavilion headquartered in Sacramento, California. The rebranding for both organizations is effective immediately.
