Ludi joins PCMS following a year of record company growth across geographies, verticals and technologies. He has been tasked with supporting PCMS customer growth, partner strategy and expanding the company's presence in the emerging Africa and ANZ market regions.

Ludi has spent more than 35 years in retail, having started as an internal auditor, also working as cashier and warehouse manager before overseeing multi-million dollar IT projects, hundreds of new store openings across seven countries and specialised store profitability programs. His passionate understanding of shop floor operations was a major reason for his appointment.
