PCSgrades Empowers Military Families with New Voice through Moving Company Reviews
SAN ANTONIO, July 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PCSgrades, a free online review site for military families, has launched a new tool allowing military families the opportunity to review the moving companies they often rely on during relocation. The Permanent Change of Station, typically referred to as a "PCS," is one of the top stressors for military families who feel they have little control in the relocation process that occurs every few years.
Since its debut last July, PCSgrades.com has provided a trusted review platform for military and veteran families on must-solve relocation problems such as on and off base housing, REALTORS®, schools and more. Now, the addition of Moving Company Reviews will enable families to hear each other on a high-interest and often frustrating process.

A downloadable one-page notice is available at PCSgrades.com for military families to hand-deliver to moving companies informing them their performance will be reviewed. Participating moving companies may view their reviews and interact with their customers through the PCSgrades secure messaging system. Personal information such as full names or email addresses stay hidden during the entire interaction, and the reviewer remains in full control to decline response or to respond through their username.
