Peak Rock Capital Names Industry Veteran Ryan Fitch To Lead The Firm's Business Development Group

AUSTIN, Texas, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Peak Rock Capital LLC ("Peak Rock" or the "Firm"), an Austin, Texas based private equity firm, today announced that Ryan Fitch has been named a Senior Vice President of the Firm, responsible for leading Peak Rock's business development group.  In this role, Mr. Fitch will work closely with the Firm's leadership team to further develop Peak Rock's growing relationships.

Mr. Fitch previously spent nearly a decade as part of the business development team at Platinum Equity, where he was responsible for deal origination and managing strategic relationships with corporate sellers, investment banks and other intermediaries.  Mr. Fitch earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peak Rock also announced that Matthew Puglisi is joining the firm as a Vice President.  Mr. Puglisi recently graduated from Harvard Business School and was previously a Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners.  He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup.   Additionally, Trina Segura has joined the Peak Rock finance team as a Senior Accountant.  Previously, Ms. Segura was a Senior Accountant at TPG Capital and Ernst & Young.
