WAYNE, Pa., April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Penn Liberty Bank (the "Bank"), a premier community bank serving southeastern Pennsylvania, announced that for 2012 the Bank was once again named as a "Top Workplace" in the Philadelphia region.
