PennEngineering Operational Following Fire at Pennsylvania Facility
DANBORO, Pa., Dec. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- PennEngineering, a global leader in the fastening industry, today announced its Danboro, Pennsylvania facility is operational following a fire that occurred at the plant on Dec. 12, 2018. PennEngineering's safety procedures and emergency response personnel were immediately deployed, and as a result, there were no injuries from the incident. The fire which began at 1:30 p.m. EST was contained at approximately 2:30 p.m.
The Company is working closely with the local fire department and regulatory agencies to identify the cause of the fire. Company officials and staff are working to form the necessary plans to minimize the impact on its customers and employees.
