Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Announces Free Shipping Event on Cyber Monday

HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, PLCB, today announced it will offer free shipping on Cyber Monday, the first Monday after Thanksgiving, to consumers who order from the PLCB e-commerce store, www.FineWineAndGoodSpirits.com, and have their order shipped to a local Fine Wine & Good Spirits store.

All orders placed between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 are eligible.

Pennsylvania consumers can have online orders shipped to the closest Fine Wine & Good Spirits store or shipped directly to their home or another location within the commonwealth. However, only those shipped to a store are eligible for the free shipping promotion. To ensure those purchasing are over 21, the recipient must show valid ID and must sign for the package upon delivery.

At www.FineWineAndGoodSpirits.com, consumers can shop for thousands of hand-picked, collectible wines and artisanal spirits, presenting gift-giving options for those who have everything. If consumers need some advice, personal shoppers are available by phone or live chat Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to assist with selecting just the right gift.

The website also provides a variety of helpful tips and tools for holiday entertaining, including holiday cocktail recipes, a party-planning calculator and glassware guides.
