TULSA, Okla., April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PennWell Corporation, a diversified global media and information company, announced today the official opening of PennWell do Brasil Holdings Ltda. in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  PennWell do Brasil will most immediately support the upcoming co-located HydroVision Brasil, DistribuTECH Brasil and POWER-GEN Brasil events to be held September 24-26, 2013 at the Transamerica Expo Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Supported by Furnas as the Host Utility, the unique co-location of these power events provides the Brazilian energy market with an integrated international platform, offering valuable opportunities for information exchange, networking and new business development across the market sectors.
