The Pentaho Concierge Services program includes two offerings:

• Concierge Support is tailored to enterprise customers who want a high touch, coordinated solution. A technical point of contact provides these clients with ongoing guidance, best practices and management of feature requests and support cases. A key component of the service is an internal VM replica of a client's business analytics environment to expedite problem resolution.
