CLEVELAND, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. journalist, Dave Blanchard, editor-in-chief of Penton's Material Handling & Logistics, has been named the first U.S. member appointed to the jury of the international Logistics Hall of Fame.
