Perrigo and Flamel Enter Into Exclusive Licensing Agreement for LiquiTime® Extended Release Suspension Technology in the U.S. OTC Market
DUBLIN, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO; TASE) and Flamel Technologies (NASDAQ: FLML) announced today that they have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement for LiquiTime® extended release suspension. The technology will be utilized in the development of a portfolio of extended release suspension products intended for the U.S. OTC marketplace.
