The Wellness Lounge is a co-creation-based experimental facility that visualizes users' mental and physical conditions using advanced technologies and provides personalized experiences and environments accordingly. Operated by NTT East, NTT Data, and Storyline, the project aims to enhance overall life performance through collaboration with various partner companies.
In the "HINATA Area" of the facility, themed around "Awakening," a space has been designed to promote focus and reduce stress. As part of this, SOLO's contactless facial analysis AI is utilized to visualize users' emotional and psychological states.
More specifically, SOLO's AI is integrated into the personalized aroma recommendation experience co-developed with NTT East. Based on the emotional insights obtained from facial analysis, the system recommends and delivers the optimal aroma for each user, resulting in a more personalized and valuable experience.
