Peter B. Hennessy Joins Cassidy Turley as President of the New York Tri-State Region

NEW YORK, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Peter B. Hennessy has joined the company as President of the New York Tri-State region and will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the company.

He will focus on expanding Cassidy Turley's commercial real estate services in the Northeast Region and overseeing the Tri-State team, which includes almost 400 people.  In this capacity, Mr. Hennessy will assume responsibility for the overall strategic focus, growth and profitability of the business unit.

Mr. Hennessy has been active in commercial real estate brokerage, development and management for more than 20 years.  Most recently, Mr. Hennessy served as International Director for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in New York, focusing primarily on representing tenants in their leasing, subleasing and sales requirements. While in this position, he served on the America's Brokerage Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the America's Retail Group.

Mr. Hennessy will join the present leadership team of Mark P. Boisi, Chairman of Cassidy Turley's New York Tri-State Region, and Richard Bernstein, Executive Vice Chairman. Mr. Boisi will continue as a member of the company's Executive Committee and Board of Directors, as well as continue to focus on business development, elevating the firm's profile in New York, recruiting talent, and growing key client relationships. Mr. Bernstein will continue his role as an advisor on the strategic direction of the New York office, growing the firm's strategic consulting practice, executing high profile transactions, and as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Prior to The Staubach Company's merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Hennessy was President of the New York Region of The Staubach Company, leading the group to compounded annual revenue growth of 22 percent over a 10 year period.  In addition to his leadership role, he represented a diverse client base, including the State of New York, the National Football League, the City of New York, Guggenheim Partners, The School Construction Authority, Disney/ESPN, the National Hockey League, Texaco, Mobil Corporation, Time, Inc., and GE Capital.
