Peter E. Baccile - Joint Global Head of Real Estate for UBS to Join Valet Waste Board of Directors

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Valet Waste CEO, Michael Ferris, announced today that Peter E. Baccile will be joining its Board of Directors. 

Mr. Baccile joined UBS in June, 2012 and is currently Joint Global Head of the Real Estate, Lodging, & Leisure Group.  Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Baccile served 26 years in various capacities at J.P. Morgan.  While there he was a Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Managing Director and Co-Head of J.P. Morgan's General Industries Investment Banking Coverage Group which encompassed the real estate, lodging, gaming, diversified industrials, paper and packaging, and transportation investment banking groups.  Prior to that Mr. Baccile was Global Head of J.P. Morgan's real estate, lodging, and gaming investment banking group for over 10 years.  During his career, Mr. Baccile has completed over $200 billion in M&A, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets transactions.
