Peter Ruggiero and Lisa Birrittieri Join Cassidy Turley's Capital Markets Investment Services Group

ST. LOUIS, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, one of the largest commercial real estate services firms in the U.S., announced today that Peter Ruggiero and Lisa Birrittieri have joined the company's Capital Markets Investment Services Group. Peter will serve as Managing Director of U.S. Capital Markets, and Lisa will assume the role of Vice President, U.S. Capital Markets for the firm. They both join Cassidy Turley after helping build a successful platform for the Colliers Investment Services Group in the U.S.

As announced on January 11, 2010, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers Pinkard, Colliers ABR, BT Commercial in Northern California, BRE Commercial in Southern California, BRE Commercial in Arizona, and Colliers Houston & Co. of New Jersey will rebrand as Cassidy Turley. The new brand, structure, logo and website will be officially launched on March 1, 2010. The launch of the new brand is the initial step in communicating the company's comprehensive and enhanced strategy.

Based in New Jersey, Peter Ruggiero has more than three decades of experience in investment sales and financing. He led a team of more than 50 senior investment sales professionals as National Managing Director of the Colliers Investment Services Group. In this role, his team completed more than $60 billion in Investment Sales and Financing transactions. Prior to Colliers, he served as a senior executive for Prudential Real Estate Investors, overseeing more than $4.5 billion in transactions.

Lisa Birrittieri joined Colliers in 2004, where she served as Practice Group Manager for six to eight specialty practices. In 2006, she was promoted to Vice President in Colliers' Investment Services Group. She became responsible for internal and external business development initiatives. Lisa also spent ten years with State Street Global Advisors, one of the industry's largest institutional asset managers. Her experience included serving as International Business Liaison for more than a dozen global locations. She is based in Boston, MA.
