Both Mr. Bobillier and Mr. Cobb will provide expert advice on technology, industry and trends as TxIS implements plans for mid- and long-term growth.
Bobillier retired from Transocean on July 1, 2012 after 32 years of service. Cobb is currently employed as VP, Industry Relations, at Halliburton.
