PEX Network & Forrester Research Business Process Council Join Forces for the First European BPM Leaders Meeting

As part of an ongoing strategic relationship between PEX Network and Forrester Research, Inc. and its Business Process Council, the two organizations are collaborating on the first European BPM Leaders Meeting, 20th - 21st October, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Business Process Council offers a premier service level designed to help business process leaders turn BPM from reactive, tactical projects into a strategic, proactive discipline at their firm using peer and Forrester insight.
By invite or application only for senior leaders, the meeting aims to help participants to formulate and embed long-term BPM strategies to support the wider business objectives. The two day meeting agenda is constructed to bring together representatives from both the business and IT in a collaborative engagement setting. Delegates will discuss how the discipline of BPM underpins an evolving business strategy, as well the challenges associated with establishing a BPM program, setting up appropriate governance and chartering mechanisms and identifying how to ensure broad business support and sustainable BPM implementation.
The meeting will run as a series of facilitated leadership working groups enabling knowledge sharing between leaders of key European businesses. Each themed session will be challenged to provide key conclusions for the PEX Network. This work will also feed into an exclusive working research session led by Forrester Research that, in turn, will underpin a formal Forrester Research document that captures the key points from the entire event.
