Having worked closely with Danny and Trese Siek for several years as installing dealers, when the couple decided to retire and list their business for sale, it was a natural fit for Troy and Erica to take the place as distributor for the market.

"We decided to take over the distributorship because we know that Danny and Trese had been very successful as owners," says Erica. "We have worked with them for over eight years as installing dealers, and we have great confidence in Phantom Screens as a product and a company. We also see a potential for good growth."

It wasn't Erica's first introduction to Phantom Screens. Erica's father started installing Phantom Screens for a distributor in Charlotte twenty years ago.

"I started out helping him, which progressed to me being an installer, then dealer, and now distributor," Erica says. "I have always been impressed with Phantoms products and their continued commitment to being the top product in the industry. That with their commitment to service made the decision an easy one."

The family business will now go under the name Stonelo Retractable Screens in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

As Troy and Erica work to build on the solid foundation they have through buying an established distributorship, the Ours' are excited to introduce its "new" customers to the multiple benefits, quality, and excellence in customer service that Phantom Screens is renowned for.

"The main things I hear from customers are that they love the quality of the product and that they can hardly tell they are even there," says Erica. "We actually don't have to do a lot of warranty work, which is a testament to the quality of the product."
