PA Sourcing Team Grows by Over 50 Per Cent
PA Consulting Group is delighted to announce that Phil Morris has joined its shared services and outsourcing practice. Phil is a leading figure in outsourcing and is a regular speaker at industry events. His appointment will further strengthen PA's position as one of the leading shared services and outsourcing consultancies.
Phil brings with him a wealth of experience. He was most recently Managing Director of Equaterra Europe and Asia, the American company that purchased Morgan Chambers in 2007. Prior to that, Phil was CEO of Morgan Chambers, the largest specialist sourcing advisory company in Europe. As a founder member of Morgan Chambers he was a key part of growing the company from five people at inception, to over 100 people in eight countries. He has worked for clients in 26 countries across the globe, and across different sectors including: consumer goods, banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and telecoms. Clients include BP, UCB Pharma, Rolls Royce, and Novartis.
Working extensively in IT and business process outsourcing transactions, Phil has helped organisations improve their businesses and exceed their goals and ambitions. As part of PA, he will continue this work and help organisations utilise sourcing to improve performance, as well as reposition extant business relationships to provide the flexibility required in today's economic environment.
