Phillips Edison & Company Announces Promotions as Part of Regionalization Strategy

CINCINNATI, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Phillips Edison & Company ("PECO") announced today the promotion of Joe Schlosser to Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, as part of the company's strategy to further regionalize operations by adding additional resources to each geographic region.

Mr. Schlosser's responsibilities will include overseeing the portfolio management strategy for the company's nationwide grocery-anchored shopping center portfolio. He will continue to serve on the Investment Committee to help identify, visit, and establish the business strategy for all new acquisitions. He joined PECO in 2004 and has a diverse background in leasing, underwriting, construction management and third party portfolio management.

Mr. Schlosser's portfolio management team includes Blair Bonuccelli and Greg Hausfeld, who were promoted to Regional Directors of Portfolio Management for the North and Southeast regions, respectively. Colleen Johnson, Regional Vice President of Portfolio Management will oversee properties in the West region and Tom Meyers will continue to serve in his role as Regional Vice President of Portfolio Management in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additional focus will also be given to redevelopment and anchor repositioning opportunities with the addition of Greg Clough to a portfolio management role as Vice President of Redevelopment.
