Phillips Edison & Company Names Four Vice Presidents

CINCINNATI, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Phillips Edison & Company announced the appointment of four new Vice Presidents. These internal promotions included Joe Schlosser to Vice President of Portfolio Management, Jason Klier to Vice President of Portfolio Management, Tanya Brady to Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and Diane Schroer to Vice President of Legal Services. 

Mr. Schlosser joined Phillips Edison in 2004 as a financial analyst, became a leasing agent in 2005, and was promoted to Director of Leasing in 2007.  In 2010, he was named as the Director of Portfolio Management and in his new position as Vice President, Mr. Schlosser will be overseeing the Portfolio Management team and serving on the Investment Committee to help identify, visit and establish the business plan for all new acquisitions. 

Mr. Klier joined Phillips Edison in 2008 as Director of Acquisitions and was named Director of Dispositions in 2010.  In 2012 he was named Director of Portfolio Management.  In his new position, he will be charged with working with all of the company's operational teams to maximize income and strategically control expenses. 

Ms. Brady joined Phillips Edison in 2013 as Associate General Counsel.  In her new position she will continue to grow the company's legal department by providing in-house, portfolio-level legal services and advice, as well as assisting the finance department and portfolio management group with debt transactions and other loan work, dispositions, fund level legal work, and strategic advice.    

Ms. Schroer joined Phillips Edison in early 2007 as a leasing attorney, was promoted to Senior Leasing Attorney and then Assistant Director of the Legal Services Department, a role she held until April of 2012, when she was named Director of the Legal Services Department.  In her new position Ms. Schroer will oversee all property level legal services within the company.
