Philly.com's Top Workplaces list spotlights the highest-rated private, public, nonprofit and government agencies as ranked by their employees. CapTech made its inaugural debut on the list solidifying its place as a top-tier employer of technical, creative, and management consulting talent in the Philadelphia region.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

The Philadelphia Media Network will honor the Top Workplaces winners at an event on Wednesday, March 14, at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia. Top Workplaces will also be featured in a special section of The Inquirer on Sunday, March 18.
