PHOENIX Rehabilitation & Health Services, Inc. Acquires CACC Physical Therapy
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa., March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- PHOENIX Rehabilitation & Health Services ("PHOENIX"), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Colorado Athletic Conditioning Clinic ("CACC"), expanding the company's geographic reach to Colorado.
In operation for more than 30 years, CACC operates four clinics throughout the Denver area offering specialized physical therapy care. CACC clinics will continue to be managed by Mark Navilliat, its current Founder and President. The company's 50+ employees will all transition to PHOENIX and remain part of the team going forward.
The addition of CACC allows PHOENIX to expand both its geographic reach and its capabilities in providing quality, specialized physical therapy care to patients.
