Physiotherapy Associates and LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine Acquire Henning & Cole Therapy Associates

EXTON, Pa., July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Physiotherapy Associates, the nation's foremost provider of outpatient rehabilitation services, announced today that it has acquired Henning & Cole Therapy Associates, a multi-site physical therapy practice in north Baltimore, MD, in partnership with LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine, also of Baltimore. The new entity will be named LifeBridge Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation powered by Physiotherapy Associates. This acquisition is the second transaction of 2011 for Physiotherapy Associates, building on the company's dynamic growth initiative which includes acquisitions, joint ventures and 35 de novo clinic openings in 2011.
