Finally PicsArt will host an "All About You"-themed community wide Graphic Design Contest for users to create their own cover image for Hilary's new song. For the first time ever, the PicsArt contest winner will receive a special prize package from Hilary Duff herself and Hilary will have a final voice in selecting the winner and will announce that person on her existing social feeds through Facebook and Twitter.
