Pilgram Group Continues to Invest In and Fuel Fort Lauderdale's Growth

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Fort Lauderdale is growing and the Pilgram Group is focused on continuing to fuel that growth. In February and March 2016, the Pilgram Group expanded its commercial real-estate portfolio by acquiring two prime properties located at 107 and 111 SW 6^th Street in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. With nearly 9,000 square feet, the parcels are zoned multi-use and are located just a few steps from the Broward County Courthouse.

With renovations of the new property underway, the Pilgram Group is relocating its New York Subs & Wings counter-casual restaurant, formerly located in Oakland Park, to one of the newly acquired spaces. In addition, the build-out for New York Subs & Wings also includes an outdoor terrace and lounge space.

While development of the new property is slated for completion in Fall 2016,  patrons can enjoy delicious mouthwatering sandwiches, wraps and tantalizing wings from the New York Subs & Wings food truck. The food truck, which is located at 100 SW 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
