Pinecrest Capital Partners Opens St. Louis Office

DALLAS, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Pinecrest Capital Partners, a Dallas-based investment banking firm announced the opening of its new office in the Clayton District of St. Louis, Missouri. The office will be headed by Andrew O'Neal.

While Pinecrest has historically focused on serving clients in the Southwest, its new office will bolster the firm's footprint and leverage the strong business community in the Midwest and surrounding markets.

Andrew O'Neal serves as Vice President and Head of the St. Louis office and will lead Pinecrest's transaction advisory efforts in the greater Midwest markets.  Mr. O'Neal has significant experience with sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions in the middle market and as a St. Louis native, has deep roots in the community.    

Mr. O'Neal graduated from the University of Illinois with a Master's degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He also graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting. Over the course of his career, Mr. O'Neal has worked on M&A and capital raising assignments totaling $750+ million in combined transaction value. Mr. O'Neal is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79).
