SEATTLE, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Fertility Washington is proud to welcome John Wesley "Wes" Urian, MD, FACOG, a fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, to its physician team. Dr. Urian will see patients at Pinnacle Fertility Washington's Seattle location.
Dr. Urian earned his medical degree from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University, where he graduated as president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Oregon Health & Science University, serving as Administrative Chief Resident, before completing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
His clinical and research interests include assisted reproductive technology outcomes for patients with cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, the impact of cannabis on fertility, and the role of vitamin D in early pregnancy outcomes. His peer-reviewed research has been published in Fertility and Sterility and presented at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Scientific Congress, where he received the 2021 Nutrition Prize Paper Award. Dr. Urian is also an active member of ASRM's LGBTQ Special Interest Group, reflecting his commitment to inclusive, affirming care for every path to parenthood.
