Pinnacle Live Appoints Natalie De Fazio as Chief Executive Officer as Part of Strategic Succession Plan

CHICAGO, June 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Experience Pinnacle Live, a leading provider of premium event technology and production services, today announced the promotion of Natalie De Fazio from President to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. This transition is part of the company's succession strategy as current CEO Eddy Eisenberg steps down to assume the role of Executive Chair of the Pinnacle Live Board of Directors.

Eddy Eisenberg, a 40-year event industry veteran, founded and helped grow major AV companies like Presentation Services and AVT, later unifying AVT and Encore at Freeman. As one of Pinnacle Live's founding leaders, he's proud of its rapid rise and confident in its future under De Fazio.

De Fazio is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in management and strategy consulting across diverse industries. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Strategy at The Freeman Company and Executive Committee member at Encore Event Technologies. She also led her own consulting firm, NMD Strategy, and held leadership positions at KPMG, Stax, Inc., Aon Hewitt, and Accretive Health.
