The firm was founded in 1992 by Barbara A. Kollman, EA, MAAA, MSPA and is located at Ray Road and Alma School Road. Kollman brings exponential employer-sponsored retirement plan expertise to the Pinnacle Plan Design team and will continue to serve her current clients. With the addition of Kollman, Pinnacle now has four enrolled actuaries (EA) and 23 professionals on staff to design and administer customized 401(k)/profit sharing plans and defined benefit plans for their clients.
Kollman's decision to join Pinnacle was a strategic move for the benefit of her valued clients: "As a baby boomer, I see people in my generation aging, experiencing health issues and moving on to a different life," said Kollman.
