A total of $6.3 billion was raised in 225 transactions through Q1 2017. Of this amount, 1 transaction has been announced but not yet closed as of 04/10/2017. Deal volume is up a whopping 28% (175 deals in Q1 2016) but dollar volume decreased 26% ($8.5 billion in Q1 2016).
