SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- planetRE (www.planetre.com), the nation's leading CRM cloud vendor for online real estate released enhanced version of Socialite during the annual Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^® convention in Las Vegas. The release enables agents and brokers to entice and capture consumer leads directly from branded Facebook® Business Pages powered by a library of customizable sponsored Facebook IDX APPs. The release also coincides with newly announced Zillow Tech Connect Program that will seamlessly integrate leads from accounts in Zillow® to Socialite CRM.

Agents and brokers can setup, on their branded business pages, a rich choice of Facebook IDX Apps like Property Search, Market Valuation, local Community Portals, Featured Properties and many customizable apps e.g. special programs for tax benefits etc. Some Apps will use live MLS data where permissible. It transforms the static business page in to a rich branded consumer search portal, with dynamic customizable MLS search content accessible right inside Facebook and leads are captured in CRM with intelligence.

Facebook apps and their rules are dynamically controlled from the back end CRM login at agent or broker level. Leads are captured and alerted along with a visitor profile stored in CRM database. Leads could be then be "nurtured" using combination of Socialite's built in mass email, texting, social drip campaigns and new techniques in predictive marketing.

"This is the first system of its kind offering differentiated marketing automation to progressive minded agents and brokers", says Subrao Shenoy, CEO of planetRE. "Integration of the new Zillow piece and Facebook IDX APPs offers unprecedented marketing edge in lead generation and incubation"
