PlanSource Eclipse Conference Focuses on the Future of Benefits and Human Resources

Going mobile: bringing the benefits experience to any device
In his opening keynote address today, PlanSource CEO Dayne Williams outlined a series of upcoming product enhancements and new services that will equip PlanSource customers and partners to address the challenges and opportunities in the changing HR and benefits landscape. Chief among these was the unveiling of a mobile-responsive consumer user experience. Expected to launch in Q1 2017, the new consumer experience is designed to provide PlanSource end users a friendly and intuitive online benefits shopping and enrollment experience on any device, from smartphones and tablets to laptops.

Eclipse 2016 taps industry leaders
Ryan Estis, renowned speaker and leading business performance expert, delivered the second keynote of the day in which he examined new opportunities for human resources teams to make a high-impact contribution on their organization.

• Expanded video library – PlanSource has nearly doubled the size of its educational video library for consumers, which features short, animated videos illustrating complicated benefits and insurance terms.
• Self-service data exchange – Starting in Q4 of this year, PlanSource will give brokers and other partners the ability to build out data exchange connections with insurance carriers and third-parties.
