Platinum Luxury Auctions Launches Waterfront Auctions in Virginia and New York

MIAMI, Sept. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Platinum Luxury Auctions, a market leader in the auction of multimillion-dollar properties sold on behalf of affluent homeowners, will offer two distinct properties this October at live auction events. On October 24th, a 98-acre luxury estate on the James River in North Prince George, Virginia will be sold at or above a reserve price of $2.5 million. The property was previously offered for $7 million. Platinum is conducting the sale in cooperation with listing brokerage RE/MAX Commonwealth of Virginia.

The following day on October 25th, Platinum is offering a 15,600-square-foot residence situated on 4.5 acres on Skaneateles Lake in Onondaga County, New York. Recently listed for $8.2 million, the property will be sold at or above a reserve price of $3.8 million.
