In this study, a single 100 mg or 150 mg dose of Zynamite S showed a broad range of energy and performance benefits, including improved processing speed, improvements in complex task handling, improvements in mental flexibility, and enhanced mood. Both Zynamite and Zynamite S are patented, proprietary mango leaf (Mangifera indica) extracts standardized to ≥ 60% mangiferin. New study shows broad-ranging benefits from a single dose

In the clinical study, 120 healthy university students were given a 100 mg or a 150 mg of Zynamite S or a matching placebo and then assessed three times over a 5-hour period (30 min, 3 hours, 5 hours). The study featured a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover design with a 7-day washout between testing conditions.
