Guests can also see into the future of alternative workplace strategies (AWS), hear multiple, free design and sustainability presentations by industry experts, and smell and taste the sweetness of the company's 40th year in a birthday extravaganza on Monday, June 14.
"We're looking forward to a great week and unveiling several new and exciting seating products along with our fresh textile portfolio," said Jeff Fenwick, Vice President and General Manager at Kimball Office. "Visitors will have a first-hand opportunity to view our latest selection of office furnishings that meet the need for alternative workplace solutions, while keeping sustainability and other needs in mind."
Kimball Office recognizes the growing number of mobile workers that accompanies a more remote workforce, and as a result is helping organizations design workplaces that meet current and future needs. On both the first and second floors of the Chicago showroom, the company will feature several design solutions that meet the demands of a multi-generational, remote and collaborative workforce.
Trends related to AWS include touch-down spaces, flexible and non-prescriptive furnishings for commonly used and unassigned workstations, and teaming and social spaces for brainstorming and collaboration.
